OpenRepairPOS Deploy free

Is OpenRepairPOS really free?

Yes. Every feature is free, with no paid plans, add-ons, or per-user or per-ticket fees. A typical shop hosts it on Cloudflare's Workers Free plan. The only possible costs are optional services you buy directly, like text messages or a custom domain.

Why there's no upsell

Paid repair shop software usually charges per store, per month, then adds paid add-ons. For example, one of the most widely used repair-shop systems lists its entry plan from $99 per store per month, with loyalty, store credit and gift cards as paid extras on that plan (its published pricing, checked November 2, 2026).

OpenRepairPOS has one version with everything in it. Each shop runs its own copy in its own Cloudflare account, so there are no servers for us to pay for and nothing to charge you for.

How the project stays free

OpenRepairPOS is an independent open-source project with no ads, affiliate fees or paid plans. Because every shop hosts its own copy, the project has no servers to pay for. Funding and disclosure.

Other questions

Will there be a paid version later?

No paid version is planned for the features in this list. If paid extras are ever offered, they would be for things that cost money to run, such as sending text messages, and the features you already have would stay free and open source under the MIT license.

What happens if I go over Cloudflare's free limits?

The Workers Free plan allows 100,000 requests a day, far more than a typical repair shop uses. If you ever need more, Cloudflare's paid Workers plan is billed by Cloudflare to you, not by OpenRepairPOS.

Do I need a credit card?

Not for OpenRepairPOS. Cloudflare and GitHub free accounts can be created without a paid plan.
